Which language you need depends entirely on where in Switzerland you live
German (Hochdeutsch + Schweizerdeutsch)
Learn standard German (Hochdeutsch) for writing and formal situations. Swiss German (Schweizerdeutsch) is a dialect — you'll absorb it over time. Don't worry about it initially.
French
Standard French. Much closer to French taught in India. Easier for many Indians than Swiss German.
Italian
Standard Italian. Beautiful region. Easy for those who know French or Spanish.
Romansh
An ancient Romance language. Fascinating culturally but not needed practically. English and German suffice in Graubünden.

Stadt Zürich's official integration and language programme. Free or subsidised German courses for new residents.

🇮🇳 Hindi/Indian Language Practice Groups
While you learn German or French, the Indian community also maintains Hindi and regional language proficiency through IAGZ language classes, weekend schools, and cultural group activities. These are also great places to practice German with fellow Indians who already speak it.
